Our design process began by gathering an understanding of the clients’ most treasured art, furniture and personal collections that would return to the home. These objects informed palette and narrative, shaping rooms that are layered with texture, colour and quiet personality. Fabrikate then curated additional pieces that connect seamlessly but also elevate the home. A calm, serene base anchors the interiors, allowing moments of quirk and individuality to emerge with colourful accents.

The extensive renovation includes a new kitchen, wet areas, and revived living and master spaces. Natural materials, considered detailing and a restrained yet expressive use of colour ensure each room feels inviting and richly connected to its past but very much in the present. Through thoughtful design and integration, the home now carries its history forward with warmth, cohesion and a renewed sense of belonging.
